A Revival of One

"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."2 Chronicles 7:14
With all that is going on in our country and around the globe, many believe we are hearing the first sounds of the trumpet when Christ will return and bring down the curtain of history. We do not know when that time will come, but one thing we do know; we are living in a time of great extremity. As Christians around the world pray for revival, we must remember that revival begins with you and with me.
There first must be a renewal within our hearts to awaken us from a complacent slumber. Then, if we as God’s people bow our knees, open our minds, turn from our sins and seek Him, He promises to forgive and to heal. So let’s ask God to rekindle our passion for Him and to use us to make Him known in the spiritual vacuums in our culture.
