Where Do You Live?

One of the first things parents teach their children to memorize is their home address and phone number. But knowing the answer to the question “Where do you live?” is helpful for adults, too. Psalm 90 was written by Moses. At the end of his life, his residence was not in a place. He did not dwell in Canaan. His residence was in the Lord… God was His dwelling place! The problem with many Christians is that they do not dwell or abide in Christ… they just come for a visit on special days or in times of crisis. Jesus said, “Abide in me.” We don’t need to wonder for a moment where we should live. We need to make our home “in Christ.” Oh… and make sure you memorize that address.
