The Fido Dog Food Company had a meeting of all their executives. The President asked, “What is the greatest dog food company in the world? And everyone shouted, “Fido!” “What dog food company has the most effective and well-trained sales staff?” And again, they shouted, “Fido!”
Then he asked, “If all of this is true, why is it that out of 18 dog food companies in America, we rank 18th in sales?” Someone at the back replied, “The dogs don’t like it.” They forgot the most important thing of all!
